A little less than a year ago, we started an IEEE EMBS Student Chapter in Munich. I think our activities since then are worth mentioning:
- 7 distinguished lectures
- 3 field trips
- 1 panel discussion
- 1 membership promotion event and distribution of free goodies
- More than 100 people participated in different activities
- Raised more than € 5000 in sponsorship
- Registration of e.V. in Germany
And finally, we have been selected for the best new chapter award:

We award presentation will take place during the EMBC’15 conference in Milan. We are very happy that are recognized both on a local level and internationally, and we hope that we (Amit, Felix, Cristina, Yeshu and me) can continue with great activities in the future.
